New years eve 2013

Had a bunch of things planned out for today, new years eve.

How did it happened where I am spending it by myself?

Life

There are so many things I want to put on here but I know some people will get offended.  Don't worry they are not horrible things, just opinions that happened during high school and freshmen year.  Things that changed my life, some in a horrible way, like having a hard time trusting people and being able to trust people.

I know that sounds weird but it true.

Well I am married now.  Hurray!  Im not going to give all the details... cause well that would just be lame.  If you were waiting for all the details about it cause you missed it, well.....  You missed a darn good wedding.  I don't know if I will post pictures here or not.  I probs wont.... so sorry.

Best Friends

There is this girl.  I met her in 5th grade and Foothill Elementary.  We were friends with the same friends so we became friends.  Then a couple of days after that, we were best friends.  A few months later. a few of us fought over her and who was her friend first.  It's actually really funny now.

We grew up together after that.  We always hung out and we always had sleepovers.  I loved our sleepovers.  We would always do crazy things and stay up ridiculously late.

We went to Jr High together.  We had french class together.  We sat next to each other and our teacher didn't really like that.  We had seminary together and we had a blast!

During 9th grade, we went to Lagoon.   The 2 of us hung out with our amazing friend Simaima.  The 3 of us had a blast.

During the transition summer, Jr High to High School, she moved.  She moved across town.  I was super sad.  She transferred to a different High School.  The first day in my Radio class the teacher called her name.  I tolled him that she moved.  I was so sad.

We both made new friends and did our separate things.  We hung out a few times but not as much.

Graduation came around, we still didn't see each other as much.

I moved to USU, she stayed in our hometown.

We talked a few times via text.  Near the end of my freshman year, we started texting a lot.  We texted all the time.

When I would come to Orem, we would hang out more often.  She and her friend came up to Logan.  We had a blast, even though I was super sick and had to get surgery the day they left.

We called each other and talked about our problems and our happy times.

I stayed at USU for another year.  We kept talking and hanging out every other weekend I was down.  It didn't matter what our plans were, we hung out.

She was there for me when I thought everyone in Logan was out to get me.  She was there for me when I just wanted to give up.

We hung out a lot of Christmas break.  She was almost there when Slade proposed.  She was the first person I told, besides my family.  She was the first person I asked to be in my wedding.  She is my maid of honor, the help and support I need and I couldn't ask for anyone better.

I went back up to school and we still hung out whenever I was down.  She had to be there we I got things for my wedding.  I didn't want to do it without her.

During my spring break, we hung out almost everyday.  It was awesome!

Now, I am home.  We hang out every week.  I make it a priority that we do.  I don't care what we do.  I love to see that girl.  She is the best!  She is the brightest happiest person I know.  She will never bring you down and she will always be there for you.

Who is this girl you ask?

Well, its my best friend, Raegyn Crane.

10 days.  !0 days and counting.  Wait what?  What happened to 60?  I have no clue.  But now I am here at 10 and I need to get things straight before next Saturday.  Wait, I can say next Saturday now.... this is kind of weird.  Everything is planned, but we just have a little few things here and there we need to finish.

Im super excited to see the flowers next week and super excited to see all my friends and family.  But most importantly I am super stoked to marry my best friend.

20 days.

20 days left.  Wait, what?  Where did the time go?  I mean, I feel like Slade just proposed to me.  This is crazy!  I got mostly everything ready.  Now all I need to do is; bridals, that is Tuesday, get my endowments out. that is Friday, and marriage in 20 days...... 20 days.

Done

Yesterday I packed all of my stuff.  It was really weird cause it didn't feel like I should be moving out, it felt like I still had another year of school.

Today I had my last final.  I cleaned before the final and time was moving so slowly!  I was going to die!  I went and took my final and aced it and came back to my apartment and finished the cleaning.  I was pretty much done and I had to wait for my mom.

She finally showed up.  We did some errands and then packed the car.  It was really weird, I still didn't feel anything.

We cleaned everything and left.

I left my stuff in the fridge.... so good thing I am going back up on Sunday so I can get my stuff.

It so weird.  I feel only a little bit of the move but not a lot yet.  The marriage still hasn't hit me all the way yet.  I am a little bit emotional with moving but it feels like I am just home for the weekend....

Wedding Hungry

Sometimes when I am really sunk into wedding planning I get wedding hungry and I look at all my friends wedding photos and videos.

50 days left.  Wow, 50.... where has time gone?

What flowers should I get?  Im stuck.....  I need yellow and blue flowers.  My maid of honor told me about her sisters wedding where each bridesmaids got one flower and all the flowers were put into the brides bouquet.  I wanna do that.

Orem vs logan

I have the opportunity to move back to Orem.  I could be with my family all the time, I can hang out with Raegyn, hang out with my high school friends and have a blast.  But they all also have their own lives and I would feel left out again like high school all over again.

I can stay in Logan, stay with the people I have made friends with up here and hang out with them.  But I haven't really been hanging out with them at all.

Its near the end of the school year and I need to decide.

The only constant I will have is Slade, which is amazing!  I love being with him all the time.

I need some girlfriends though, I need those girls I can be girly with or either girly/boyish with.

Buffalo Wild Wings

The first time I went to Buffalo Wild Wings was in Boise Idaho with Rachel and Justin.  I really really really really really liked it.  I learned about the blazin' challenge there.  I only knew that you had to eat the hottest wings they had.  I liked the sound of that, I liked hot food, I like wings, and I like challenges.

The next time I went to bdubs was with Raegyn and I was really tempted to do it then but I back down and didn't do it.

I hung out with Slade, his bro and sister in law and Slades bro did the challenge earlier in the week.  Slade liked the idea and started planning, he bought hot food and bought the blazin hot sauce from Bdubs.

We went  Tuesday of this week.  We were so nervous.  I could barely sit still.

We told our waitress that we wanted to do the challenge and she was shocked.  They made us sign a waiver and we had to have witnesses sign.  In the rules it states, no drink, no napkins, can't peel the meat from the bone, only use your fingers and mouth.

We had to wait like 10-15 minutes for them to make us the food.  It took forever and I could not calm down.

They told us 2 other people were doing the challenge so they wanted us to challenge them.

They came out with a red siren and the wings.  They set the wings down and they started the siren.

I picked up the first piece and ate it like a hungry homeless person.  The sauce was all over my face and hands.  I was eating as fast as Slade was eating, and Slade eats really fast.

I stored the meat in my cheek and some moments I forgot to swallow.

I felt like the food never ended.  But finally I got to the last one and finished it.

I was so happy!  We bet the other 2 guys, one didn't even make it.

I was so high with adrenaline, I could have done anything at the moment.

I ran to the bathroom to wash off all the sauce.

I got it off my face, but my face started burning after it was all gone.

They brought us our shirts and milk.

The key to this challenge is to not stop eating.  Just keep chewing and swallowing.  I couldn't really taste the hotness cause I was eating it so fast.

Can I tell you how happy I am that Thompson and I are talking again.  This makes me really happy.  Oh how I missed that friendship.

Enjoy the little things

This past weekend was pretty dang amazing.  Im going to use this as a journal post cause I forgot mine so if
you don't like it, deal with it.

My awesome friend, Rachel, and I were planning me to visit her in her home town sense the beginning of this semester.  So we planned for me to come the weekend that started spring break.  I couldn't wait for this moment to come.  All semester I was waiting for it to come.

The Thursday before spring break, I rode the Salt Lake Express down to Salt Lake.  I left at 3 from the university.  2 other girls were on it and then we picked up a professor and a high school student at smiths.  We all talked for the first 10 minutes and then we did our own things.  I studied for my test that was the next day.

The ride was pretty quick.  We dropped the people off at the airport and then the guy took me to downtown slc.  For some reason he didn't think I was going to hear him but he started to fart in the van... okay awkward.

I got off the van and walked by the Temple to the trax.  I got on and then it told me I had to switch trax to get to central station.  So I had to wait longer.  I finally got to central station and had to wait longer for the frontrunner to get there.  After 15 minutes it finally came and I got on.  The train was delayed at some spots but I finally got to Orem.  I waited for my ride.  My parents came but they did not see me standing there.  So I ran after them and they kept looking for me.  They finally stopped.

We went to my house were I rested for an hour and took a quiz.  I then left with my sisters car back up to Logan.  Let me tell you, why are there so many people driving at 9 at night on a Thursday!?!?  And I hate driving in the dark.

I finally got to my apartment.

The next day went by.  I took my test and went to get my car from Smiths parking lot.  I put my stuff in the car and then Slade and I did some errands.

I left for Afton Wyoming.  I was so nervous to drive threw 3 canyons and to see Rachel.  I was going slow threw the canyons but I finally reached Rachels town.  I found her street but I couldn't find her house so I called her.  She was stalkerish and told me where to go.

I was so excited to see her!!!!  We went in her house and her Grandma was sitting in a chair.  I called my parents and let them know that I was at Rachels. Rachels parents were gone so we had to watch her Grandma who had dementia.  While Rachel went to work, they had a girl come over and watch her grandma.  The girl was watching Transporter 2, so a crazy action movie.

 Rachel started to show me around and then her grandma was calling out "Larry."  So Rachel went to her.
Her grandma was telling her how men were coming after us.   I was standing off to the side so I thought she was talking about me.  But Rachel started saying that no men were after us and the windows were fine.  Rachel finished her tour.

Her grandma started to get up and go to the bathroom so Rachel helped her and then took her to her bed.  We then left and she showed me the downtown at night.  We went to burger king and had something to eat. She then showed me her high school, her work, the hospital she was born at and then some old houses.

I took my stuff inside.  Rachel got her xbox and we started to play minecraft.  We played for awhile and then she asked me if I would like to sleep on the couch or downstairs and I told her it would be weird cause its a house I don't know.  So she got some blankets and put it in her room.  She grabbed the Emperors New Groove and put it in.  She likes to fall asleep to a movie.

I slept on a yoga mat.  Ugh, painful.  We woke up at like 7:50 cause she had to go to work and I was going with her.  The girl came and started taking care of her grandma.  We left for her work.

She was the only one who had to work on Saturday.  Oh and she works at the vets office.  So I took out the animals for walks and to go to the bathroom.  There were two basset hounds and they were so loud.  Rachel did little chores and I helped.  We talked and when people came to get food or medicine, I ran into the back.

We were there until 12:00.  We closed the store and left.  We went back to her house and Rachel changed. We left to go to another town.  It was about 15 minutes and it was called Thayne.  We got this really good white sauce pizza.

Rachel took me all the way up to Alpine, the top of star valley.  There was this cool looking elf refuge they have. We went back to Afton.  It was probably 40 minutes from Afton.  Rachel showed me her fiances house, her school in the light, the spot where her fiance proposed and her reception place.  We then went to the small gift store and looked around.

We then went to redbox and got a movie.  We went to her house and the girl left.  He grandma was saying how there were 2 other girls after us and we should be careful.

We started playing some more minecraft.  Rachel is a crazy minecraft player.  She hates mining and she just likes building but she doesn't like creative mode. Her grandma kept telling us to turn off the lights and turn off the tv.  It was 7 and Rachel was trying to get her grandma to go to bed.  She thought we were on a car and then she thought we were in a trailer and we needed to turn off all the lights so people can't find us.

Rachel said a little prayer with her to help her feel better and tried but she wouldn't move.  She asked for me to come over and asked me to turn off the lights but I told her that we couldn't cause we need to see where we are going before we got to bed.  After that she went to the bathroom and was confused about her room but went to bed.

Rachel and I were quiet cause we didn't want her to come out and freak out.  She had her fiance and her friend texting her.  It was interesting.  Im not going to say anything about it cause its more personal, but lets just say that I admire Rachel for being so strong.  So we ate some food and then started to play Doctor Who Monopoly and watched Pitch Perfect.  It was her first time trying to use her blue ray player.  She was so amazed how it worked.  It was so funnt..... Let me just say I won monopoly.  :)  haha

We got some yogurt and watched the tv edited version of Zombieland.  Rachel decided she wanted to watch 1000 ways to die, so we watched 2 episodes.  We forgot it was daylight savings time so we went to bed around 1, which was really 2.

We woke up in the morning to her very creepy alarm.  Her grandma was already up, which Rachel was kind of mad about cause she doesn't get up until 11.  She was hoping it was just some deer on there porch.

We ate some breakfast and Rachel went to take a shower, so I chilled in her room.  We then got ready for church.  A different older lady came and we left for church.  We walked there.  Her singles ward is mixed with a family ward for sacrament but it was so small.

After church there was a linger longer.  We had some cake and went back to Rachels.  Just an fyi, her church is so cool looking.  The lady did her grandmas hair and left.  Rachel helped her in the bathroom and then we just talked in her room while I put away the blankets and my stuff.

We were taking some picture when her grandma was asking for Rachels mom, another fyi, her grandma thinks that Rachel is still 12.  Her grandma fell and Rachel had a hard time helping her up.  She got her up and into her chair and we finished out pictures.  She helped me get my stuff to my car.  We hugged and talked a little bit.

I left.  I filled up at a maverick and went from Afton Wyoming to Orem Utah.  4 and a half hours.  Wyoming drivers are so nice and then there is Idaho, they are okay but also bad and then the awful Utah drivers.  I know I am a Utah drivers but I can't stand Utah Drivers.  We suck at driving.

I am so glad that I got to see Rachel.  It makes me miss her more and I want to visit her lovely home town again,.

Shoes

I got my dress a couple of weeks ago.  You are just going to have to wait and see it but I love it!!!  It is amazing and I just want to live in it.

I got my shoes also, they are pretty cool.  They are really high, which means I will die.

WEDDING IS IN 101 days, which means 71 days until school ends, counting weekends and all of the breaks.

Im trying to make my own flowers for the reception.

A new girl

I decided to make my friend, Celena Kurogi, a bridesmaid.  She was going to get married the beginning of May and move to Japan.  They decided to change it to June 7.  Unfortunately that is the same day as Rachel's wedding and Im a bridesmaid in that one....

 

Bet you Wondering

I bet you are all wondering what happened to me and Christy.  You probably noticed that I haven't said or posted anything about her.  Let me tell you the story:

It all happened in October.  The Andrews were have a dramatic little hissy fit.  Christy and I were trying to just get through it without having them explode on us.  Christy was starting to ignore me and not really talk to me.  So I didn't text her or do anything with her as much as usual.  I noticed when we did hang out she was all over the Andrews, just wanting some action of making out and their money....

It was the weekend on fall break when I didn't really talk to any of them.  I thought sense they weren't talking to me I am just going to let it be.  I went home for my friends wedding.  I got back and I was feeling awesome and ready to get back in the friendship but Christy wouldn't really talk to me anymore.

The Andrews had no problem with me taking a little break, Christy didn't.  She kept telling me that I needed to take a longer break and that maybe I should.  I didn't need a break.  I was ready for the friendship but she kept pushing and pushing me farther and farther away.  At first I fought, but then I accepted it.  I stopped talking to her.  We would text sometimes but it was only for questions she had.

The start of this semester I thought she was going to try and get this friendship back.  But she hasn't really done anything.  I texted her a bunch and she didn't really talk.

I was talking the Andrew Thompson and one point and he was telling me how she thinks that I moved on and I don't want her.  I never said or did anything that made it seem that way.  It was all her.  I told him my part how she pushed me away.

Smith doesn't talk to her anymore and neither does Conner.

I tried talking to her on Facebook.  She kept saying how she thinks I am trying to make her attack me and I never said anything to make that happen to!  I feel like she just wants this friendship over... I am totally fine with it... maybe.

So that is the story.
